Inspired by the aesthetic of the island itself, the architecture mirrors the landscape with sandy hues and finishes in warm marble and burnished metal. The sculptural elements echo the undulating waves of the sea, following a visual rhythm that matches the pace of coastal life and opens each residence out to sweeping balconies that capture breathtaking vistas of the sea. Though the development is strictly residential, the layout of the grounds is like that of a resort, with lush foliage framing a long infinity-edge swimming pool along one side and the pristine shores of Saadiyat Beach on the other.
